About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Regional Sales Representative to drive business growth across Southwest Florida. You'll build relationships with builders, developers, and property managers while promoting our premium flooring solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with commercial and residential clients
- Generate new business opportunities through networking and prospecting
- Prepare and present proposals and estimates
- Coordinate with project management team on job execution
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Qualifications
- 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in construction or flooring industry
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with proven track record of meeting sales goals
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Knowledge of Southwest Florida market preferred
